Racing Television end User Conditions Rule

The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV will remain the special legal and helpful owner of all copyright and intellectual residential or commercial property rights in the Footage in all time. All rights not clearly granted herein are scheduled by Racing TV.


Permissible Use and Restrictions


You might see the Footage as soon as on an individual computer screen or mobile phone for individual, private, domestic, non-commercial uses just in accordance with these conditions.


You will not:


(a) Make the Footage readily available to anybody else;


(b) Use or view the Footage aside from as specifically permitted by these conditions, or copy, relay, broadcast, or interact the Footage to the public, nor may you consist of any portion of or all of the Footage in any equipment or product save as specifically permitted under these terms or develop any improvement or derivative works of any part or all of the Footage;


(c) Save, modify, copy, modify, misshape, customize, distribute, reformat, disassemble, postpone or duplicate the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that contrasts any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;


(d) Remove any product identification (consisting of however not restricted to evaluate icons), legend or notification, or any proprietary or copyright notice from any part of the Footage;


(e) Represent or claim that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is inconsistent with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;


(f) Store or transfer any Footage to any publication, user group, other website, electronic bulletin board, subscriber list, server or other storage gadget in any type; or


(g) Sell or commercially make use of any part or all of the Footage in any method.
