Morak FC's Gideon signs for FK Jablonec, rising from Warri to the world
Morak FC of Warri midfielder Gideon Erewa has secured a move to Czech First League side FK Jablonec, signing a two year contract. The 18 year old, who was discovered during the Chito Football Academy Scouting tournament in Lagos, will join FK Jablonec’s Under 19 squad. Known for his skills and free kick abilities, Erewa is expected to make his debut for the team in the coming days.
Eddie, one of the agents, believes this transfer will greatly aid Erewa’s development as a player, providing him with top level training and competition. He also expressed optimism that Erewa could soon be a solution to the Super Eagles' midfield problems.
